Black Pepper CO2 Extract

Vietnam is the world’s leading black pepper producer and exporter. And we have been trading black pepper for more than 20 years thus we understand each growing region in Vietnam to select the best quality black pepper berries.

After purchasing raw material from the farms, it will be carefully preliminary treatment and preserved. Next, the black pepper corn will be processed and put into the sCO2 system with one step extraction.

Supercritical CO2 extraction technology has several advantages over other extraction processes. They occur at lower temperatures than steam distillation, thus preserving the volatile components, the solvent is non-toxic, odorless and easily removed from the final product, the oil is more stable and has a longer shelf life, and the extraction process is environmentally friendly.

Our CO2 extraction machine is optimized for the lowest power consumption, contributing to the overall goal of a circular green economy. While still maintaining the highest extract product quality:
